User name cannot be empty. Username must be between 4 and 32 characters, including only
- letters A-Z and a-z,
- numbers 0-9,
- and dash(-), underscore(_)

Password cannot be empty. Password must be at least 8 characters, and must contain all of:
- letter from A-Z,
- letter from a-z,
- number from 0-9,
- special character from ! @ . # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ + Password must not be same as username
